Just in time for the incoming winter months, we are bringing back our highly popular cooking workshops! This time we are focusing on our classics, with each workshop based on a cuisine famous for it’s soul food. We are exploring Algerian cuisine and teaching you how to make cous cous by hand. It may look difficult at the beginning, but once you’ve got started you’ll pick it up quickly and then can show off your skills to your friends and family!

Ths workshop will be hosted by Chef Assia and Chef Razika and we are certain that you will have a great time with this duo.

As always, the evening will consist of a hands-on workshop learning how to make the dishes, followed by a relaxed sit down meal were you can enjoy the results of your work and each other's company. We believe that food has the power to bring people together and we hope that this evening will teach you new culinary skills whilst also allowing you to create new connections.

This event will take place from 6.30pm-8.30pm at Soul Food Sisters, 202 Gallowgate, G1 5DS.
