Ever wondered how cous cous is made? For our second workshop we will be showing you the mesmerising way of traditionally making cous cous by hand! This will be accompanied by cooking a delicious Chorba stew which originates from Algeria.
The evening will consist of a hands-on workshop learning how to make the dishes, followed by a relaxed sit down meal were you can enjoy the results of your work and each other's company. We believe that food has the power to bring people together and we hope that these evenings will teach you new culinary skills and allow you to create new connections in the community.
