Our final summer workshop will be based around the wonderfully diverse and delicious Roma cuisine. Quite an unknown range of dishes, we hope that this workshop will celebrate this little unknown area of soul food. We will confirm the exact dishes nearer the time, but think soup, fresh bread and grilled meats or vegetables!

The evening will consist of a hands-on workshop learning how to make the dishes, followed by a relaxed sit down meal were you can enjoy the results of your work and each other's company. We believe that food has the power to bring people together and we hope that these evenings will teach you new culinary skills and allow you to create new connections in the community.
